04/06/07 1. THREE SIXES did not win Skinnie magazine's "Battle of the Bands". Despite the insane performances and out of control crowds, THREE SIXES came in second place. All things considered, a band as heavy as THREE SIXES rarely makes it past the first round, let alone the finals where they came in second to a band of a completely different genre. All of the members of THREE SIXES wanted to thank everyone for coming out and supporting as much as you did. 2. You have also asked when THREE SIXES will be playing next and why there has been no news about the band at all recently. The reason is because THREE SIXES are currently working on writing a brand new full length CD. There is no timeline as to when the new disc will come out, what the name of it will be or when the band will even enter into the studio to record it. THREE SIXES were originally planning on writing the new CD before the Skinnie Magazine's "Batttle of the Bands" started, but put it on temporary hold until it was over. Now it is and now they are currently writing. They are working with a new producer/programmer named Mark "Marko" Olson, from the band T.A.S.C.. THREE SIXES and Marko seem to have a great vibe and big things are expected from their union. Stay tuned for more. 3. While the writing process for a new full length THREE SIXES CD has begun and the band has gone underground to complete the new disc, The Cellar that held the Battle of the Bands will be changing ownership and insisted THREE SIXES headline their last show ever with live bands. THREE SIXES has agreed to do so and the details are on the SCHEDULE PAGE. Rumors have it that THREE SIXES will be playing a full length, hour long set that will include some of the new material that they are currently working on. Since they will not be playing often (if at all other than this show) until the new CD is finished, YOU SHOULD GET YOUR ASSES OUT THERE TO SEE THEM PLAY and be the first to hear what THREE SIXES will be recording next before anyone else does. 4. If you have been to the shows recently, you have probably noticed the amount of cameras that seem to be increasing in the crowds when THREE SIXES hits the stage. More and more people have been taking pictures of THREE SIXES. Not only were the pictures good, but they were submitted to be posted here on the site. So many good pictures were submitted that not just one, but TWO new photo pages of THREE SIXES are now posted from several shows, including their tour. Check them out here: NEW PIC PAGE 1, NEW PIC PAGE 2. 5. Your massive demands for the THREE SIXES "fish" stickers are finally being answered. After running out of them a few times, we now have tons of them ready for you to terrorize with. Thanks to all of you for your requests and patience while more of them were printed. If you sent a request in for them, you either received them already or will in the next few days. Limit 6 per person and if you want them too but haven't ordered them yet, send your requests to threesixes@threesixes.com. Also be sure to include an actual snail-mailing address to send them to, as just your email addy alone is not enough. There are still plenty more of the famously popular "Dead People" stickers as well as the "standard sticker" for you to plaster everywhere too. Drop us an email and they too can be sent as well. 6. Lastly, THREE SIXES would like to thank CHRONIX AGGRESSION radio for playing THREE SIXES as if no other band existed. CD sales have been through the roof because of this killer station.
